How long does a typical website project take?
Most projects take about 2–4 weeks from start to launch, depending on size and complexity. We keep things moving and keep you updated throughout.
What platforms do you build on, and why?
We build primarily on Shopify for online stores and Framer for brochure and service sites. Both let you make small updates yourself later without needing a developer.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size and complexity — a simple brochure site costs less than a full e-commerce store. We're happy to give you a real number once we understand what you need; no vague ballpark quotes.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of building a new one?
Yes. A lot of our work is redesigns — keeping what's working and fixing what isn't, rather than starting from zero every time.
Do I need to write the content myself, or can you handle that?
We can write it for you. If you already have content, we'll refine it; if you don't, we'll build it from scratch based on your business.
Will my website work properly on mobile phones?
Yes — every site we build is designed mobile-first, since most of your visitors will be browsing on their phone, not a desktop.

What's included in a brand identity package?
